Foreclosures suck!

You never realize how much someone else’s business affects you until it actually does. What am I talking about you ask?? All those people in our neighborhood that had to foreclose on their homes. I feel bad for them, I really do but it is causing us to not be able to get anywhere close to the amount we need to break even on our house. I wish it was just the new houses in our area; we can deal with that; we can compete with that.. but how can you compete with houses that are as great as yours for $40,000 less? So until we can think of some creative selling techniques we have put the idea of selling our house in the back of our mind. On to plan B..what was plan B again?
